The Hitachi wand vibrator is probably America's most popular sex toy. While it is fairly easy to tie it in place on women, it is quite a bit more difficult to attach it to man's cock in such a way that it will be effective, even when the cock may change size during the scene. I struggled for many years to find a solution, and I think I have one. Although this tutorial is not about rope, unlike all our other tutorials, the Hitachi makes such a nice addition to rope bondage, that it seemed worth including here.

You will need the following items: a large-size condom (Magnum), a regular-size condom (unless the cock you are working with is large-size, in which case you need two Magnums), a Hitachi wand, and a router speed control.

The router speed control is designed for woodworkers to control the speed of their routers (hence the name), and is available for about 50 bucks from Rockler.

Now, before you scoff at that price, let me tell you that the Hitachi with the speed control is like a whole new device, with many more possibilities. If you just attach a regular Hitachi to a cock and turn it on, the cock's owner will have an orgasm very soon, and then will be done for a while. What fun is that? Here is what the speed control looks like. The switch on top can be set to full on or variable speed. We will be using the variable speed position. Before you can use the speed control with the Hitachi, you need to calibrate the zero point, so when you turn the control knob down to zero, it stops. To begin the calibration, turn the switch to the variable speed position and the control knob to zero. Plug the speed control into the wall, and plug the Hitachi into the speed control. Turn the switch on the Hitachi to the low position.

On the back of the speed control is a plastic plug. Pull out the plastic plug with your fingernail or a screwdriver.

Beneath the plug is an adjustment control. With the control knob at zero, the switch on the speed control set to variable speed, and the switch on the Hitachi set to low, use a Phillips screwdriver to turn the adjustment control until the Hitachi stops. Now you can put the plastic plug back in. By the way, if you want to use the Hitachi with its switch set to high, you will have to re-calibrate the speed control.

Now we can begin the fun part. First you need to get the cock hard, however you choose. You might want to use a rubber cock ring to help it stay hard, but that's up to you. Now open the regular-size condom and unroll it over the cock the normal way. This just makes cleanup easier.

Open the large-size condom, and unroll it part way onto the head of the Hitachi.

Hold the head of the Hitachi next to the head of the cock.

Now stretch the large-size condom so covers both the head of the Hitachi and the cock, and roll it down. With a real cock, rather than the fake one we are using here, you will be able to roll it down a little farther, and it will tend to stay in place. You don't have to be too careful about putting the Hitachi on the sensitive part of the cock. The vibrations are strong enough that close is close enough. Place the handle of the Hitachi between your partner's legs, and tie them together. This supports the Hitachi so the cock doesn't have to, and keeps it from flopping around. You should should probably have your partner tied down, too.

Now turn the speed control switch to variable speed, and the control knob to zero, and the Hitachi switch to low. Slowly turn up the speed control knob. You will notice that the character of the vibrations change with the speed, and that somewhere around half way, the vibrations are actually stronger (though slower) than when it is turned all the way up.

Now you can play with the speed control, making it slow enough to keep the cock hard, but not enough for orgasm, for as long as you want to tease your partner. Or you can try speeding it up every now and then, but backing off just before orgasm.
