Evaluation of Your submissive

This is a list set up to aide in the communication of abilities and performance, and to clarify the expectations of the Dominant for the submissive.
Instructions:
Periodically, I suggest twice a year, go through and answer the questions below honestly and with as much deliberation as possible. Remember to consider the individuals
performance on a whole, and not focus on one or two days out of the time allotted. In the comments section, please be as thorough as possible, remember if you want an
individual to change his or her behavior you must first show them that you are dissatisfied, then you must inform him or her of the behavior expected, and finally inform
the individual of how they can meet your expectations. Remember the more information you give the easier it is for the submissive to meet your expectations and to grow.
As you choose each topic, pick the appropriate "grade" you feel the submissive deserves. Please utilize the additional space to make comments or suggestions for
the submissive. There are three open areas at the end of this list, utilize this section to put your own specific topic in it, something that is important to you as an
individual, such as humor, spirituality, sexuality, voice tone, alertness, or detail oriented... each time you fill out this form these topics may change, use this space
to expand and explore the possibilities.
